Abdulhamid Ali is the Chairman and CEO of DAAR Engineering, Inc. He is a licensed professional engineer, in both Wisconsin and Texas as well as member of the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association (WTBA), American Association of Arabic Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Frank D’Amato is the President DAAR Engineering, Inc.; a multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm located in Milwaukee Wisconsin, USA. He is a Wisconsin licensed professional engineer, and a member of the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association (WTBA) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Mr. Lukasz leads DAAR Engineering’s Wisconsin design division working out of the Milwaukee office serving as Design Services Manager/Principal.

Mr. Smieja, a licensed Professional Engineer in both Wisconsin and Texas and WisDOT alumnus, is Design Services Manager/Principal at DAAR, where he

Mr. Bubolz boasts over 15 years of extensive experience in transportation design and construction, complemented by his proficiency in site development and municipal services. He holds licenses in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Former City of Milwaukee Alderman Michael D’Amato serves DAAR as our Director of Operations. In addition to overseeing the non-engineering departments at the firm, Mr. D’Amato is also an excellent resource in matters relating to the Milwaukee metro area and issues related to municipal, county or other local governments.

Mr. Becker leads DAAR’s efforts in the state of Texas and is based in Arlington.

Mr. Amin leads DAAR Engineering's Global Land Development division working out of the Milwaukee office.
