Samir recently retired as the City Engineer of the City of Milwaukee. He is a strong engineering professional with over 36 years of experience. He has a successful history of working in government administration, having delivered major projects as well as overseeing day to day engineering activity in a major American city. Samir is skilled in Construction Management in addition to demonstrating excellence in decision-making, negotiation, creative problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Mr. Amin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, with a bachelors degree (BS) and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) focused in Civil Engineering.
He has been married to his wife Lorri for 37 years and has 6 adult children. Samir has resided in Milwaukee for the last 41 years.
