Shauna Lacey serves as Director of Information Technology at DAAR Engineering, Inc., where she leads the company’s technology initiatives, ERP administration, database management, and process automation efforts. With a unique blend of technical expertise and operational knowledge, Shauna plays a key role in supporting DAAR’s continued growth and commitment to innovation within the engineering industry.

Shauna began her career at DAAR Engineering as an Administrative Assistant and quickly became recognized for her ability to improve workflows and develop technology-driven solutions that increased efficiency across multiple departments. What started as general administrative support evolved into a career focused on database development, ERP management, and strategic IT leadership.

Over the years, Shauna has become highly specialized in Deltek Vantagepoint administration, SQL Server development, reporting, and cloud-based technology solutions. She oversees a wide range of systems and business functions, including invoicing, project setup, budgeting, CRM administration, reporting, dashboards, security, workflows, and custom ERP development. Through advanced SQL integrations and custom stored procedures, she helps ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and provide leadership with meaningful business intelligence.

One of Shauna’s greatest strengths is her ability to bridge the gap between technology and day-to-day operations. Her hands-on understanding of engineering business processes allows her to develop practical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support project teams across the organization.

In addition to her work at DAAR, Shauna is actively involved in professional and industry communities. She participates in Deltek Vantagepoint user groups, including the Wisconsin Users Group and the Power User Group (PUG), and has been selected twice as a presenter at Deltek Insight, Deltek’s international user conference. She has also served on the Madison Area Technical College Administrative Professionals Advisory Board.

Today, Shauna continues to focus on leveraging modern cloud technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions to support DAAR Engineering’s long-term success while helping position the company for continued growth in an evolving digital environment.
