  • Photo Studio Office Building | DAAR Engineering Inc

Photo Studio Office Building Client Location Total Estimated Cost The photo studio is a 107,000sf office/special use building located on a 7.1-acre property in a business park. The site included significant topography which made the earthwork and grading a challenge. An older regional stormwater pond did not provide enough management to account for the facility, thus supplemental stormwater was needed to compensate for the shortfall of the regional pond. The project was also LEED gold certified and many site elements contributed to the credits to achieve this. The client also demanded a very short timeframe for completion of plans which DAAR was able to keep ahead of. DAAR has also completed subsequent additions to the project and has worked with the neighbor to save a sizable amount of money by avoiding retaining walls. Project Deliverables: • ALTA Survey for design and lending purposes • ALTA Survey for design and lending purposes • Acquisition of site approvals and permits • LEED credit documentation submittal • Construction administration • Construction staking Project Gallery 1/0 < Previous Project Next Project >
