DAAR has successfully managed approximately $243 million of construction work on the corridor since the first projects began in 2009, and had involvement in the oversight of:

• 39 lane-miles of concrete paving
• Reconstruction of two diamond interchanges and one multi-level system interchange
• 13 roundabouts
• 25 concrete girder bridges
• 3 steel tub girder bridges
• 43 MSE walls, including concrete tilt up panels and block walls
• 1.8 million linear feet of wick drains
• 1.8 million cubic yards of common excavation

Completed projects in Winnebago County included ramp improvements and concrete base patching at WIS 44, and reconstruction of the Witzel Avenue overpass and adjacent frontage roads. DAAR also managed the complete reconstruction of the 9th Avenue interchange and the expansion and reconstruction of over three miles of US 41 from four to six lanes. This project was selected by WisDOT for the Outstanding Highway Construction Grading Award in 2011. Winnebago County work also involved construction of the County K structure over US 41.

Work in Brown County included oversight on the staged construction of the completely redesigned US 41/WIS 29 system interchange in Green Bay. This multi-stage project involved relocating the alignments and building the fills that support the system interchange ramps, reconstruction of WIS 29 mainline from Duck Creek to the west project limits. Stage two work included completion of the service and system interchange at WIS-29 and US 41, including completion of the fills, installation of two tub girders flyover bridges, construction of seven multi-lane roundabouts; completion of the collector distributor roadway for northbound and southbound US 41 traffic between Mason Street and WIS 29, and US 41 mainline concrete paving.

DAAR was awarded the WisDOT Statewide Outstanding Highway Construction Award in Grading (2012), and the WisDOT Statewide Outstanding Highway Construction Award in Concrete Paving award (2014) for work at the WIS 29 interchange. The project was also been nominated by the Wisconsin Concrete Paving Association at the National level for Excellence in Concrete Paving for the 2014 construction season.
