Responsibilities included development of an extensive public involvement plan, preparing a mailing list to include approximately 3,500 stakeholders, development of a project website, coordination of public information meetings, local officials meetings and business association meetings, and production of all public information materials including project newsletters, news releases, and radio advertisement copy.
DAAR was also responsible for environmental documentation including an archaeological study; and Section 106 and transportation management plans.
