The Cold-in-place Recycling (CIR) process is now complete. Northeast Asphalt has started paving the additional layers of asphalt along this stretch. The project is scheduled to be completed later this fall. Another example of DAAR teaming with WisDOT to modernize our roads and make them safe for citizens and truckers alike.
