This work included: establishing horizontal and vertical control on WCCS; locating 15,000 linear feet of underground utilities, including gas main, electric lines, telephone lines, cable TV lines, fiber optic and telecommunication lines as well as the survey crew field locating the utilities and providing the contractor point files daily. The final product consisted of a CAD file which contained the utilities in 3D with the elevations of the ground above.
