DAAR provided construction management services for the $9.5 million rural interchange construction project on US 18.
This project received the 2019 Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association-Grading Award.
This 1.89 mile project consisted of the construction of a new diamond interchange on US 18, construction of 4.5 miles of frontage road, one mile of bike path, a roundabout and structures B-25-173,174 & 175. This project was constructed in stages with 3 traffic switches over two construction seasons.
